Perhaps you have seen the job advertisement that looks like this: We have an experienced sales professionals, expression, and intelligent, strong opening sales records, enjoy the exploration and job prospects, good written communication skills, excellent remote oral communication skills, strong closing skills, degree, Microsoft Office literacy, work at home sites, self-motivated and independent. You must be willing to work, no compensation or commission an initial interest only basis.

Unable to fill this position you might say? An university education, talent and expression of individual will not be willing to work for the Commission only basis? Perhaps this is the correct advice in the past, but in today's virtual world, this position is not difficult to fill. We can march to stay at home mom, dad stay at home, retirement or semi-retired professionals, and those who can not leave because there are countless homes. Lifestyle changes, as a new type of labor, part-time staff of talented individuals in the catalyst, solopreneurs, professional service contracts to provide on-demand basis, who is tired of traveling two hours each day to find a better and administrative staff more flexible options, the last, reluctant entrepreneurs, those who were fired or "downsized" and work hard to create their own businesses. I call this the labor of the bricks and mortar disenfranchised.

Not long ago, I posted on Craigslist for free advertising, received a couple dozen responses, carefully review and hired four high-end personal recovery experience. Who stay at home to seek professional status, extreme flexibility and commission income through a compelling opportunity, the only procedure. We offer flexible programs, opportunities and income potential, but there is no guarantee of income or benefits. We employ the individual is a limited time and flexibility, full-time mom, but she is also the implementation of pre-commercial development, she is a first degree and law degree.

Why is she interested in our position? She can meet her children when they get off the school bus (or pick up from school) without the punch clock or report expressed concern about their whereabouts. She can take part in fund raising, school outdoor activities and functions, running errands she and her family – when she wanted – she could for her virtual business investment 10 or 12 hours. We have successfully used for more than 6 years of this model. We enjoy the competitive advantage with highly qualified people, the traditional brick and mortar companies can not hire.

This makes our company and other virtual companies more flexible, profitable, and can easily expand or contract required. We do not invest in the office, furniture, heat or light – just people and technology. No one get paid until they produce something – if someone make money – they are producing. This is a better model for everyone and a better way of life and our work. Virtual is here today, the virtual is here to stay.
